WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR VISIT

About Therapy

I believe that by gently shifting behavior you can create positive change, decrease both physical and emotional pain and increase the overall quality of your life.  The restoration and maintenance of balance in your life, provides space that generates better energy and promotes goal attainment. If you want your life to change, you have to be willing to make changes. It is my goal to help you identify and move toward those changes.

Sometimes a little support is needed to help facilitate positive change and provide a sense of inner peace and confidence to gain back control of your life.  I greatly value the healing power of exercise, nutrition, sleep hygiene social connectedness and spirituality/faith, and often encourage clients to explore these specific areas and make necessary adjustments to improve overall well-being.

My practice is a safe space -- all are welcome who are ready to take the next step toward creating positive change in their life.
